Mental health is more than just the absence of illness. It’s the balance of your mind, body, and soul.

I’m Jennifer Keller, founder of Mountainside, and a dedicated and trusted psychiatric nurse practitioner with a background in social work and nearly two decades of experience in a variety of mental health settings. In my years of practice across a variety of roles, environments, and levels of care, I have been ailed by witnessing a lack of compassion and dedication that is ever present where productivity and financial gain are held as priority over those offering the trust of their wellness.

At Mountainside, you will find mental health care that is tailored to your unique needs. Whether you’re seeking a comprehensive, whole-health psychiatric evaluation, medication management, or individualized treatment, I’m here to help.

Mountainside was created to be a place where patient and provider can meet without barriers set forth by larger mental health organizations that tend to impede on and alter the duration, course, types, and quality of treatment providers can offer.

As a small private practice, the focus remains on improving your mental health outcomes through high-quality assessments and treatments that yield exceptional results and life-altering transformations. Patients with multiple failed treatment approaches or suspected treatment resistance often find relief at Mountainside.

My approach to psychiatric practice is holistic, meaning I consider not only the medical aspects of health but also the broader social and emotional factors that impact your mental health and wellbeing. Together, we’ll work to develop a treatment plan that addresses all aspects of your health, promoting mental health, wellness, and lasting recovery.

Throughout your time at Mountainside, you can expect to receive the support, education, and guidance you need to achieve your mental health goals; timely access to care; and direct access to your provider between appointments for support or to address any concerns.

Please feel free to reach out to me directly with any questions you might have or to request a Free Phone Consultation.

You may also use the “Request an Appointment” tab above to request a date and time that works best for you or call the office should you need additional support with this process. If you are unable to find an appointment time that suits your needs, additional hours may be available upon request.
